DSS' community social work program provides social work and case management assistance for adults, seniors and disabled citizens who fall outside of protective services. These social workers help older and disabled adults access community resources and other services that will enable the individuals to remain safely in their own homes as long as possible. . Staff work with other County services and external community collaborative partners to connect customers with resources to assist vulnerable and underserved citizens.  (Program)
